bleach, harsh detergents or stain-removal solutions.

To preserve its texture, let your linen air dry. For a smoother finish, we recommend ironing while slightly damp.
6. Shipping & Returns
Orders are processed within 1-2 days, with fast domestic and international shipping options available at checkout.
Tracking information is provided for all orders. We package your fabric securely to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
We gladly accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect items delivered
- Defective or damaged fabric upon arrival
To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the fabric. Our team will assist you with the replacement or refund. At chilinen.com, your satisfaction is important to us. However, because fabrics are custom-cut to your chosen length, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customised or altered fabrics, or fabrics cut by the meter/yard.
