Return & Refund Policy – Chi Linen Clothing (Fabrics)

Thank you for shopping with Chi Linen Clothing. We take great care in providing high-quality linen fabrics and aim to make your shopping experience seamless and transparent. Please review our return policy carefully, as fabric purchases follow special conditions due to their cut-to-order nature.

1. Cut-to-Order Fabrics Are Non-Returnable

All linen fabrics are cut to your requested length, making them unique to each order. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on fabric yardage unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.

Please ensure all measurements, colors, and product details are reviewed before placing your order.

 

2. Defective or Incorrect Fabric

If you receive fabric that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request clear photos to verify the issue.

Upon approval, you may choose one of the following:

  • A replacement fabric
  • A refund
  • Store credit

Chi Linen Clothing will cover return shipping costs for approved defective/incorrect items.

 

3. Color Variation Disclaimer

Please note that colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen and monitor settings. Such variations are not considered defects, and returns for color mismatch cannot be accepted.

To ensure satisfaction, we recommend ordering a fabric swatch before purchasing yardage.

 

4. Condition of Returns (If Approved)

To qualify for a return of defective/incorrect items:

  • Fabrics must be uncut, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Fabrics must be in the original condition received
  • Items that have been washed, dyed, sewn, or otherwise modified cannot be returned

 

 

5. Return Shipping

  • Chi Linen Clothing covers shipping for approved returns involving defective or incorrect items.
  • For all other cases, shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

6. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued once the returned fabric has been received and inspected.
Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, and refunds are issued to the original payment method.

 

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Cut-to-order fabrics (unless defective or incorrect)
  • Custom or special orders
  • Fabric swatches

 

9. Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are only possible before the cutting process begins.
Once the fabric has been cut, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

 

10. Packaging for Returns

If a return is approved, please ensure fabrics are securely packaged in their original or equivalent protective wrapping to prevent damage during transit.
